CANCELLATION DETAILS All walks must be fully paid for in advance on booking. Bookings must be received at least 4 days prior to scheduled date of first walk. Multi-walk days must be purchased and paid for at the same time and all walks must be completed over a 12 day period from commencement of the first walk. Sunshine Coast Coastal Walks cannot guarantee the weather. Therefore all walks will proceed, irrespective of weather. Where walkers find they need to cancel their booking 15 or more days prior to commencement of the walk or first scheduled walk (for multi-day walks), a refund minus a $30 administration fee will be provided per booking. Alternatively, your walk can be rescheduled for another time (provided the rescheduled walk is taken within 6 months of the date the walk was originally booked for). For cancellations received between 4-14 days prior to the scheduled date of the walk or first scheduled walk (for multi-day walks), no refunds will be given. Walkers do have the option to change the date/s of the walk, provided the walk/s is taken within six months of the originally scheduled/date/s. No refunds will give given, or rescheduling allowed, for walks cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled date of the first walk. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING BY MAIL, FAX OR EMAIL. For Sunshine Coast Coastal Walks to organize accommodation for you, you must have already booked and paid for at least one walk with SCCW. |
